HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?

Booking is based on availability. You can click 'Book Now" at the top of the page or from any of our vehicle information pages. If the vehicle is available to book you will see the date open to select on Third Party RideShare App. If it is not available then we can't change the booking to make accommodations. 

WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?

Pick-up and drop-off times are at 10 AM on your booked dates. We will bring the vehicle to you within 50 miles for an additional fee. See booking on Rideshare app for details. 

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

Deposits are ONLY Refunded after customer Returns vehicles rideshare app car is listed on. When you book the vehicle you are in a legal agreement to take the vehicle on the agreed-upon dates. The booking is placed through a 3rd Party RideShare App and is handled by their software. If you book and then need to change dates or cannot pick up the vehicle please let us know.  

ARE MILES UNLIMITED WITH MY BOOKING?

There is an included 200 miles a day with your booking. Anything over that comes with an additional fee. See the booking page on Turo through one of the links on this site.
