HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?
Booking is based on availability. Please call or text to find out what vehicles are available.
WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?
Pick-up and drop-off times are at 10 AM on your booked dates. We will bring the vehicle to you, and pick up the vehicle within 50 miles for an additional fee.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Deposits are ONLY Refunded after customer Returns vehicle in same condition. Any damages, detailing expenses, odors, or additional miles if not unlimited, will be deducted from deposit until repairs are made. in addition, any cancellations within 24 hours will also forfeit your deposit. When you book the vehicle you are in a legal agreement to take the vehicle on the agreed-upon dates. If you book and then need to change dates or cannot pick up the vehicle please let us know before 48 hours in advance.
ARE MILES UNLIMITED WITH MY BOOKING?
This 200 will depend on your booking. Any vehicle with dailym weekly, monthly or quarterly mile restrictions will result in an additional fee per mile. this will be outlined in your agreement.
